Confezioni Raffaella, since 1981
Confezioni Raffaella was founded as a fabric cutting workshop in 1981 by Raffaella Artuso. 1980s Castelfranco Veneto was in the center of an area that was conquering the fashion world with its casual clothing and sportswear brands.
The company grew rapidly, and tailoring was soon added to the portfolio on top of cutting. Raffaella’s husband, Luciano Bellinato, managed relations with buyers and façonniers, consolidating the company’s excellent reputation and building a network of long-lasting relationships.
The company today
In the 2000s, the second generation joined the company. After assisting their parents for a few years, Filippo and Edoardo Bellinato decided to change strategy and focus on the ‘Made in Italy’ excellence. The renewal process started in 2014 began to bear fruit some years later. In 2020, Confezioni Raffaella acquired Serigrafia di Marca, one of the longest-standing silk-screen printers in the area and its historical supplier. Today, Confezioni Raffella is a leader of Italian casual wear and partner of some of the most important international luxury brands.
Headquarters
Confezioni Raffaella is located in Castelfranco Veneto, in the province of Treviso, one of the most important clothing districts in Italy. The premises, which underwent renovation between 2019 and 2020, include a research and development department, a production area, administrative offices, and a warehouse. A second warehouse, not far away, houses the historical archive of the garments produced by the company from the 1980s onwards.
